It’s Friday!! And I am here with omy new Paneer recipe for you all to begin your weekend just right! Tiny paneer pieces simmered in a tomato-onion gravy and finished with some grated paneer, to make this dish a little more creamy. This is one easy dish which is perfect for treating yourself and your family on a weekend. The red paste made with tomatoes, red dry chilies and garlic is the key ingredient for this recipe. Make a paste using tomato, red chilies and garlic.
Heat oil, sauté onions till translucent pink, then add besan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Next add the tomato paste, cover and cook till oil separates.
In a bowl add yogurt and mix all spices to it.
Add the prepared yogurt and salt, sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
Mix grated paneer to the gravy.
Lastly add paneer pieces, 1/4 cup water and kasoori methi.
Mix everything and serve with naan or paratha.
