Jalebi Rabdi Puff Tarts is an Indian fusion dessert made with Rabdi, Jalebi and puff pastry. Puff pastry tarts are filled with Rabdi and then topped with jalebi. This will definitely be a show stopper for Diwali this year! There is so much flavor when you bite into them. With each bite your mouth will experience the light flaky texture from tart, sweet creamy Rabdi and ofcourse Jalebi! This is a semi homemade dessert, prefect when you are in crunch of time. I used shortcut making Rabdi from Gits, but you can totally make it from starch or get it readymade from store the choice is yours! The jalebi is are store bought aswell. Make Rabdi according to package instructions. Once it comes to room temperature set in refrigerator to cool.
Next cut puff pastry in 9 equal square.
Using a sharp knife score border inside to square. (Watch reel on Instagram)
Bake according package instructions.
Once out of oven, press the middle of the square using the back of the spoon to prepare a cavity.
Fill each square with Rabdi, add Jalebi and lastly garnish with chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
