Baked Paneer Tacos with Avo-Mayo, onions and cabbage!! A lot of ingredients but, each element in this tacos adds a lot of flavor to it. Spicy paneer mixture with tortilla and avocado is a great fusion dish for dinner. I use small sized tortilla so they are perfect for a party appetizer. Mix all yogurt, besan and masalas.
Add paneer, onion and bell pepper.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Add oil to a pan, once heated add onion paste and cook till the rawness of onion is gone.
Then add tomato paste and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Add red chili powder, garam masala and salt. Cook everything till oil separates.
Lastly add marinated paneer mixture and cook everything for 2-3 more minutes.
Mash avocado, salt and mix mayonnaise to it. Keep aside.
Warm up tortillas.
Apply avo-mayo on tortilla, then add prepared paneer mixture on top.
Finally top with onions, jalapeño, cabbage and cheese. Fold and bake at 350 F till cheese melts!
