In a bowl mix 2 tbsp of instant coffee to 2 cups of water.
Mix whipping cream and 1 tbsp of coffee.
Whip for 3-4 minutes till stiff peaks are formed.

Repeat till you fill the bottom of the dish.
Spread coffee whipped cream over it.
Repeat the steps till you fill the dish.
Garnish with chocolate sauce if desired.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and dig in.
