Crush roasted papad into small pieces.
Add 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt and 1 tbsp mixed pickle.
In a bowl add all purpose flour, cornstarch, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, mixed pickle and salt. Mix with water and make a thick paste .
Coat paneer in the prepared paste and paneer.
Fry paneer cubes in oil on medium heat.
Sprinkle chaat masala.
Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
