Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and turmeric.
Once it crackles, add mashed potatoes, ginger garlic green chili paste and salt.
Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Take a tortilla, apply garlic chutney.
Place the potato stuffing and cheese.
Next take another tortilla and apply green chutney. Place this over the other tortilla.
Toast on pan using oil on both sides till crunchy.
