Just few ingredients from the pantry and you can make this recipe in a jiffy. Prepare ahead and serve when your guests arrive. This recipe uses my childhood favorite @officialparleg along layered with chocolate custard. Make it within 30 minutes and enjoy! This would be a perfect activity with kids and they will love it! To make chocolate custard mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup of milk and keep aside.
Bring 1 cup of milk to boil, then add the prepared cornstarch mixture, cocoa powder and sugar.
Mix everything until there are no lumps.
Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, till the custard thickens.
Let it set to room temperature.
In a bowl mix coffee and water. Keep aside.
Dip Parle G biscuit in coffee concoction for 10 seconds and arrange in a serving dish to form a layer.
Pour the prepared custard over the biscuit layer.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of chocolate shavings.
Repeat the layers with remaining biscuits and pudding.
Lastly add a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle remaining chocolate shavings. (This step is optional)
Set in the freezer for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours before serving.
