Thandai Rasgulla Mousse

Diwali is around the corner and everybody is busy getting their house ready for the festival! Amongst all the busy schedule I am bringing another quick and easy dessert to impress your guests! This Indian fusion dessert is a twist on the traditional thandai mixed with some soft mousse and rasgulla. The mousse is beautiful and fluffy with nutty flavors from thandai and bites of rasgullas. I have added rose water which gives that freshness to the mousse. Garnish with some dried rose petals or chopped nuts! Create this dessert in your kitchen for the upcoming joyous occasion! Yields: 10-12 Servings

Ingredients

Method

1.

Mix heavy cream, sugar and rose water.

2.

Whip till stiff peaks are formed.

3.

Add thandai mix and fold in gently.

4.

Then add rasgulla pieces and fold again.

5.

Fill the thandai mousse in small dessert glasses, top with rasgulla and the dessert is ready!
