After eating the Mexican style black bean burgers, I was left with some burger buns. Decided to give a Desi twist to the burger and made these delicious tava burgers. As the name suggests, this is again a fusion recipe. The masaledar stuffing with creamy texture from chili-garlic mayo all blend together beautifully in each bite and will give you an out of the world experience. Do try this recipe if you are tired of eating the regular burgers and want to try something new.
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin.
Once it crackles add garlic, onions and bell pepper, cook for 2 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, mix and keep mashing everything.
Add all the spices, salt, potatoes, 2-3 tbsp of water, cook for next 2-3 minutes.
Apply chili garlic mayo on both sides of the bun.
Apply the prepared masala on bottom of the bun.
Cover with a top bun.
Lightly roast on a heated pan using butter and cilantro on both sides.
