I can’t believe this is my 100 th post already! And I thought it had to be special, so made this really delicious and scrumptious Parle G pudding! Fridge desserts which does not require baking are great during hot summer day! Parle G needs no introduction and chocolate added to anything always makes a great dessert! This recipe is bake free and egg free. It is so easy to make, even kids would enjoy making this delicious pudding. Layered crushed biscuits with gooey chocolate and creamy filling, this dessert will be a hit this summer in your house!
Crush biscuits using a food processor.
Add butter to the biscuits and combine everything using a spoon.
Whip heavy cream with a beater or hand whisk for a minute until it becomes a little thick.
Mix condensed milk to it.
Layer half of the biscuit crumbs mixture in a serving dish.
Pour thick coco over it and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add a layer of the remaining biscuit crumbs over coco.
Add a last layer of heavy cream-condensed milk mixture and freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
Remove from freezer and serve immediately!
