Heat oil, sauté onions, green onions and bell pepper.
Add all spices, salt and cook for a minute. Keep aside.
In the same pan add paneer and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Spread mashed avocado on a Paratha.
Then add sauté veggies, paneer and fold the paratha to make a wrap.
