Paneer Tikka Naanwich

Who is in need of a really good and flavorful appetizer for the weekend or next get together? This Naanwich is delicious and super simple to make What is an Naanwich? When you put together naan and sandwich you call it a Naanwich Flavorful paneer with some mayo-chutney, sandwiched in between two naan. Sounds so yummm!

Cook: 15 mins
Yields: 10 Servings

Method

Paneer Tikka

1.

In a bowl add yogurt, besan, salt and all dry masalas. Mix and make a smooth paste.

2.

Add all the veggies and paneer pieces and marinate for 30-40 minutes.

3.

Add 1 tbsp of oil, cover and cook till veggies are soft but not mushy. Keep flipping veggies and paneer cubes at regular intervals.

4.

Once cooked sprinkle chaat masala.

Chutney-mayo

1.

Mix chutney and mayo in a bowl. Keep aside.

Naanwich Assembly

1.

Apply chutney-mayo on all naan.

2.

Add paneer tikka on half of the naan.

3.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and top with shredded cheese.

4.

Cover with another naan and make a sandwich (our Naanwich)

5.

Secure with a toothpick. (doing this is optional)

6.

Your party appetizer is ready!
