They are so gooey and cheesy serve them with some hot jalapeño-mayo dip. This recipe requires only 6 ingredients and 15 minutes to make. Great for a quick snack or potlucks too.
Warm up a tortilla, spread 2 tbsp of beans.
Add 2 tbsp shredded cheese and roll up the tortilla.
Repeat with all tortillas. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and then cut them into pinwheels.
Arrange these pinwheels in a baking tray, top with chopped vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes, till cheese melts.
