This pizza is my favorite and I can’t get enough of it! This is an amalgamation of my mom’s and mom-in-law’s recipe. I call it healthy as it is loaded with veggies on a thin crust and not to forget the green chutney which works as our pizza sauce in this recipe. Plus I made mine on a wheat crust to give it that healthy touch. Ready in under 30 minutes and perfectly crispy and delicious! You can use whichever veggies you prefer, but I highly recommend you try this combination of veggies it tastes delicious! Best way to add greens to your family’s meal.
Heat oil in a saucepan, add onions and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Next add cabbage, green onions, corn, ginger green chili paste. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Let the whole mixture cool to room temperature, lastly add salt, oregano and red crushed pepper.
Evenly spread 1/2 tbsp ketchup and green chutney on a pizza base.
Take generous amount of topping and evenly spread on the pizza.
Top with as much or as little cheese and bake in an oven or a covered pan on a low flame till pizza is crispy from the bottom and cheese has melted.
