Take small portion of the mixture and make into oval shape. Add an ice cream stick in the center.
Deep fry in oil on medium heat till cooked on all sides.
In a wok, heat oil, add ginger garlic green chili paste, onions and bell pepper. Sauté on high for a minute.
Add all the sauces, salt and sauté again for a minute.
Next add 1/2 cup of water and cornstarch slurry, bring it to a roaring boil.
Lastly add cooked lollipops and gently mix with the sauce.
1. Add all purpose flour to the lollipop mixture if needed to get a better binding.
2. If you don’t have ice cream sticks, skip it. Make round balls and add to the sauce.
