In a wok, heat oil, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add onions and bell pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add green chili sauce, vinegar and salt. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Toss in boiled noodles. Cook for a minute.

Add cornstarch-water slurry and 1/2 cup of water. Bring it to a rolling boil and switch off the heat.
