Fried rice and Hakka noodles. One recipe two meals! Use the same ingredients to make two separate dishes!! Being a foodie I love all cuisines, but Indochinese tops the list! I can eat Indochinese everyday!! The spicy garlicky flavor makes my mouth water everytime. I like my Indochinese very spicy. I do add the sauces but the real spice comes from the garlic ginger green chili paste. Buying all the sauces from the Indian stores is the key to the perfect Using red chili sauce instead of sriracha and soy sauce from India grocery makes a whole lot of difference in the recipe! Follow the same steps and make rice or noodles!! Pick your favorite one and try the recipe!
