Take heavy cream and whisk it with a beater for 2 minutes, till you see soft peaks.
Add condensed milk to it and whisk for 2-3 minutes to combine everything and the ice cream base is done!
This will yield a total of 10 cups of ice cream base.
You can set this in the freezer and your vanilla ice cream is ready!

Kaju-Kishmis Ice Cream: Add 2 tbsp chopped cashews and kishmis to 1/4 cup warm milk and leave it for 10 minutes. Now add this prepared mixture to the ice cream base we prepared earlier.
Raj Bhog Ice Cream: Take 1 tbsp m roughly powdered nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews) and 1 tbsp roughly chopped nuts ( almonds, pistachios, cashews) and 1 tbsp saffron dissolved in warm milk. Add everything to the ice cream base we prepared earlier.
American Dry Fruits Ice Cream: 2 tbsp roughly chopped nuts ( cashews and almonds), 1 tbsp tuti futi, 1 tbsp chopped chocolate. Add everything to the ice cream base we prepared earlier.
Chocolate Cake Ice Cream: Take 2-3 tbsp crumbled chocolate cake and add to the ice cream base we prepared earlier.
1. You can make this ice cream without beater as-well! Just use your hand blender. It might take an extra few minutes.
