Heard about a grape cake? Well this is a super awesome cake made with grapes and is one of the most amazing cakes I have ever baked! This cake gets ready in 4 easy steps! Follow my pictures for the recipe and make this wonderful cake in few minutes!!
Mix milk and vinegar. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Buttermilk is ready.
Combine all dry ingredients- sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
Combine all wet ingredients- buttermilk, oil, yogurt and sugar in a bowl.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and make a smooth lump free batter.
Add the grapes and slowly mix the batter.
Transfer the batter to a greased and dusted cake pan. Tap to remove bubbles.
Bake at 180 C (355 F) for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes.
Once cool, run a knife around and demould the cake.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream (optional). Enjoy the cake!
