So next time you have guests come over and want to make a quick dessert don’t forget about this amazing dessert. All it takes is 10-15 minutes of cooking time and few hours for it to chill!
Using a heavy bottom pot heat 11.5 cups of milk and let it come to a boil.
Then add sugar and boil till sugar dissolves.
Next mix custard powder in 1/2 cup COLD milk.
Add this mixture to the boiling milk.Stir continuously and boil for 2-3 more minutes. The milk will thicken slightly.
Custard is now ready. Let it cool completely.
Once cooled add in the fruits, refrigerate and serve chilled.
1. If you don’t have custard powder you can use corn starch and then add few drops of vanilla extract.
