Sauté onions, bell pepper, garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Then add black beans, salt and all spices. Mix and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Keep aside.
In a bowl add mashed avocado, lime juice, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
Heat up tortilla.
Apply beans mixture, mashed avocado and cheese on half side of tortilla.
Fold the tortilla and bake on a skillet using some oil till crispy on both sides.
