Spicy Bhindi Masala is a flavorful and delicious Sabji. Fresh ladies finger (okra) is cooked in flavorful masalas and is finger licking good!! This semi-dry curry comes together in less than 30 minutes and is vegan and gluten-free aswell. Enjoy with roti or rice!
Cut bhindi (okra) into quarter inch pieces.
Heat a little oil and cook bhindi until soft.
In another pan add oil, cumin seeds.
Once seeds crackels add ginger garlic paste, onions,salt, cook until soft.
Then add tomatoes, all dry spices. Cook until soft and mushy.
Lastly add cooked bhindi (okra), 2 tbsp water. Mix and cook for another minute or so. Serve with chapatti or rice.
