A New post again and I am sharing one of most delicious Paneer dish….. Paneer Do Pyaaza. Yet another Paneer recipe where sautéed paneer is coated in a rich, thick onion and tomato gravy. This is a famous paneer recipe with a lot of flavors. This can surely be a delight at they lunch or dinner table. Try out this delicious recipe for kitty parties, pot lucks, game night, house parties and enjoy with your friends and family!
On a tava or pan, lightly sauté separated onion petals for 30 seconds to a minute using some oil. In the same pan sauté paneer for 30 seconds and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves.
Then add onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté till onions are translucent pink.
Then add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Take yogurt in a bowl and add 1 tsp of all the dry spices. Mix and add it in the onion-tomato gravy.
Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook for a minute.
In another pan prepare the tadka. Add oil, dry red chilies, cumin seeds and 1 tsp of all the masalas.
Pour this tadka on the gravy. At this time add sautéd onions and paneer. Mix everything carefully and serve!
