Rich and creamy, made from palak (spinach) and creamy paneer, this curry is the easiest 4 step recipe for something healthy and delicious at the same time! Loaded with authentic Indian flavors this is a great way to sneak in greens. Serve with roti, naan or paratha and you are set for your weekday meal!
Add water to a large pot, once it boils add spinach and leave it for 2 minutes. Strain extra water.
In a blender jar add blanched palak, ginger, garlic and green chilies.
Blend it to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add oil and cumin seeds
Then add onions and sauté till soft.
Next add the prepared palak purée, salt and masalas . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add paneer pieces and serve!
