In a bowl add yogurt, salt and all dry masalas. Mix and make a smooth paste.
Add all the veggies and paneer pieces and marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of oil, cover and cook paneer tikka till veggies are cooked. Keep stirring in between.
Mix 4-5 tbsp green chutney with 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
Take a paratha.
Add cooked paneer tikka, chutney-mayo and sliced onions.
Top it with some Amul cheese and sprinkle chat masala.
Roll and enjoy!
