Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and turmeric.
Once it crackles, add mashed potatoes, ginger garlic green chili paste and salt.
Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Make small balls, dip in batter and deep fry in oil.
Apply butter, both chutneys on each side.
Place vada and grill on a pan using butter.
