Crispy, tasty and lacy dosa is here! And the best part is it does not require any grinding to make the batter nor does it require any fermentation time! Just mix the ingredients, and make crispy rava dosa.
Mix all the ingredients using 2-3 cups of water and make a thin batter.
Let the batter rest for around 10-20 minutes.(optional)
The batter should be runny like buttermilk.
Spread a ladle of the batter on a hot pan and cook only on one side using 1 tsp of oil.
Serve crispy rava dosa immediately with sambhar and chutney.
