Weekend is here! Time for indulging in some lip smacking spicy and tangy street food. Today I bring to you all the recipe of Ragda Patties. Ragda is a spicy flavorful curry made from dry green peas. Potato patties is served with Ragda and garnished with sweet and spicy chutneys, onions, tomatoes and sev.
Make a paste using 2 tomatoes and 2 onions.
Sauté this paste using 1 tbsp oil.
Then add all the masalas, salt, 2 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste, mix and cook till the raw flavor is gone.
Then add boiled peas and 2 cups water. Let it boil for 10-12 minutes.
Mix together potatoes, bread crumbs, peanuts, ginger green chili paste and salt.
Form small patties and shallow fry on a pan using some oil till patties is crispy from both sides.
Place patties in a bowl.
Then pour the prepared Ragda.
Next add the chutneys and lastly garnish with chopped onions, tomatoes and sev.
