Paneer + Pizza. Doesn’t this sound like a perfect combination for the weekend. I love fusion recipes, so combining paneer tikka and pizza making PANEER NANZA!
In a bowl add yogurt and all dry masalas. Mix and make a smooth paste.
Add all the veggies and paneer pieces and marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of oil, cover and cook paneer tikka till veggies are cooked. Keep stirring in between.
Take a naan. Re- heat for a 30 seconds.
Apply a layer of makhni sauce, top with cheese and paneer tikka. Sprinkle some chat masala.
Cover and cook naanza on a pan for 1-2 minutes till the naan is crisp from the bottom and cheese melts.
Paneer naanza is ready!
1. Paneer tikka can be made in oven as well. Cook at 425 F for 15-20 minutes. Keep checking.
2. Naanza can be made in oven aswell. Cook at 425 F for 3-5 minutes or until crisp from the bottom.
3. I used frozen naan for this recipe, but this can be made using leftover parathas or ready made pizza base or make your naan from scratch!
