Palak raita is basically sautéed palak whisked with yogurt and flavored with garlic and cumin seeds. Use it as a dip or simply eat with biryanis or parathas!
Heat oil in a small pan, add cumin seeds, let it crackle.
Then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Lastly, add chopped palak, salt and cook for 30 more seconds.
Mix this palak mixture with yogurt and enjoy with paratha, rice or serve as a dip!
