This is one of my husband’s favorite dish! This recipe is faster than a takeout! And is healthy and delicious!! It comes together in less than 30 minutes and tastes delicious with roti or paratha.
In a cooker add oil, jeera and hing.
Once it crackles add besan and sauté for around 2 minutes, till you start smelling the aroma of besan.
Next goes in all the dry spices and salt, cook for a minute.
Add green onions, around 1/2 cup of water and cook up to 2 whistles.
