Leela Kanda Nu Shak

Running out of dinner ideas? Here is a simple one pot recipe to make your weekday cooking easy! Does not require any meal prep and is made using everything day masalas and gets ready in a jiff! This is one of my husband’s favorite dish! This recipe is faster than a takeout! And is healthy and delicious!! It comes together in less than 30 minutes and tastes delicious with roti or paratha.

Prep: 15 mins
Cook: 15 mins
Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients

Method

1.

In a cooker add oil, jeera and hing.

2.

Once it crackles add besan and sauté for around 2 minutes, till you start smelling the aroma of besan.

3.

Next goes in all the dry spices and salt, cook for a minute.

4.

Add green onions, around 1/2 cup of water and cook up to 2 whistles.

Notes

1. Make sure to add very little water or else the sabji will become very watery
