I made chilla using a very nutritious ingredient (jowar), accompanied with an exceptionally healthy beetroot raita. Jowar (Sorghum) has high benefits. Not only is it rich in fiber, it is packed with minerals and vitamins. Helps in weight loss, excellent option for diabetics and also helps in reducing weight. Mix all the ingredients, add water and make a semi thick batter.
Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes before making chila.
Spread the batter on a heated pan and cook on both sides using little oil.
