Dosa rolls stuffed with vegetables and cheese. Jini dosa is crispy, cheesy, spicy and tangy! This is a fusion dosa recipe and one of my favorite dishes. I have replicated this dosa remembering the taste from my favorite restaurant in India and trust me it tastes exactly like that! You have to try this one!!
Sauté onions and bell peppers in 1 tsp of oil.
Then add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
Add red chili powder, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce and salt.
Cook for 1-2 more minutes and the masala for jini dosa is ready!
Spread the dosa batter.
Apply the masala over the dosa and drizzle some oil.
Sprinkle cheese and cook till cheese melts.
Roll the dosa and cut into pieces.
