Dabelicious Dabeli!! Drooling over this yummy and famous street food from Kutch-Gujarat. Buns filled with spicy-tangy potato filling topped with crunchy peanuts, onions and sev. If you are a street food lover do try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you!
Add oil and chopped onions in a pan, cook till onions are soft and translucent.
Then add tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add Dabeli masala, red chili powder, sugar, tamarind paste, salt, 1/2 cup water and cook for a minute
Now add potatoes, tbsp of water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Potato stuffing is ready.
Slice pav (dinner roll).
Apply garlic chutney and mithi chutney.
Fill it with the potato mixture, chopped onions, spicy peanuts, cilantro and sev.
On a pan add butter and cook the stuffed pav on both sides till golden brown.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and pomegranate seeds.
