Paratha made with broccoli and corn with Indian spices stuffed inside multigrain atta (dough).
Heat up oil in a pan, sauté garlic, onions and bell pepper till they become soft.
Then add broccoli and corn, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Next add cheese, spices and salt. 4) Mix everything. At this point your house is going to smell amazing from all the spices!
Filling is ready. Cool if to room temperature.
Roll out a paratha.
Keep the filling in the center of the paratha, make a ball and roll the paratha.
Transfer the paratha on to a skillet and cook evenly on both sides using 1 tsp oil.
