This cake is moist, rich and intensely chocolatey. It is a one bowl recipe and is one of the quickest cake I have ever baked. So easy to make that even non bakers can make it! In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix coffee in boiling water.
Add water, oil and vinegar to the dry ingredients and make a lump free batter.
Transfer the batter to a greased pan and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 20 to 25 minutes or a tooth pick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
