Trust me when I say this because I am not someone who loves fruits and so find different ways to add it to my diet! Banana adds the perfect sweetness and calcium, yogurt gives a good amount of protein. I added nuts to give a little crunch to my smoothie bowl. Do try this smoothie bowl. It is perfect for breakfast or a mid day snack.
Blend banana, strawberries and yogurt to a thick pureĢe.
Pour it in a bowl and top it with nuts, chia seeds and fruits. Enjoy!
