Overnight Oats

Who wouldn’t want that 5 minutes of extra sleep in the morning!? Presenting you with one more overnight oats recipe so that your breakfast is ready the next morning. Oats is high in fiber, helps reduce total cholesterol and LDL and is a good source of vitamins! Chia seeds is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. I have used dates in this recipe for sweetness, dates are excellent sugar replacement. Have this grab and go breakfast ready to make your mornings easy!

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Oats are ready to eat next morning.

Notes

1. I love uncooked oats, but you can absolutely cook the oats next morning. Cook on stove top or microwave it for 3-5 minutes.
