I have always been a fan of overnight oats for my breakfast. Firstly it is so easy to make and secondly my breakfast is ready in the morning so I can get my extra 5 minutes of sleep! Overnight oats with dates were by far my favorite, but I think I have a new favorite now.
Blend blueberries and make a purée. Keep aside.
Mix all ingredients accept blueberry purée.
Then divide the oats into two bowls.
Mix blueberry purée in one of the bowl.
In another bowl or jar layer both oats alternately.
Lastly top it with some more blueberries.
Refrigerate overnight, enjoy next morning!
1. Any fruit of your choice can be used.
2. I always eyeball all ingredients for oats, feel free to alter the measurements of oats, milk and yogurt according t your preference.
