Paneer Kathi Roll

Sharing the recipe of paneer kathi rolls today! They are SO irresistible, easy to make and delicious!! Serve these kathi rolls with chutney-mayo dip. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

Method

Paneer Tikka

1.

In a bowl add yogurt, salt and all dry masalas. Mix and make a smooth paste.

2.

Add all the veggies and paneer pieces and marinate for 30-40 minutes.

3.

Add 1 tbsp of oil, cover and cook paneer tikka till veggies are cooked. Keep stirring in between.

Chutney-mayo

1.

Mix 4-5 tbsp green chutney with 2 tbsp mayonnaise.

Kathi Roll Assembly

1.

Take a paratha.

2.

Add cooked paneer tikka, chutney-mayo and sliced onions.

3.

Top it with some Amul cheese and sprinkle chat masala.

4.

Roll and enjoy!
