Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Starting my week with eating right and healthy. Smoothie Bow!! Simply blend your choice of fruits, yogurt, oats, nuts, a little milk and enjoy this healthy bowl. In this particular smoothie bowl I added banana, blueberry, apple and oats to keep me full!

Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients

Method

1.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.

2.

Serve in a bowl, top with chopped nuts and enjoy!
