These muffins are quick to prepare and the perfect treat when you are craving for something sweet. The muffings have bananas and whole wheat making it healthy! Banana chocolate chip muffins are the BEST solution to overripe bananas! Tender and perfectly delicious muffins will be ready in no time! Making muffins has never been as simple as this! In a bowl whisk together oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk everything till sugar dissolves.
Then add in mashed bananas and yogurt. Mix till well combined.
Now add flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and powder. DO NOT over mix the batter.
Fold in the chopped chips and walnuts (optional) into the batter.
Lastly add in the vinegar, mix the batter.
Line a muffin pan with liners and transfer the batter to the pan. Top with few more chocolate chips (optional).
Bake at 425 F for 5 minutes and then at 350 F (leave muffins inside the oven) for 12-13 minutes or till tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Transfer to a wire rack. Cool completely and enjoy!
