This time I made an Indian style pizza when I was craving a slice! This vegetarian delicacy serves as an appetizer or meal. This recipe is rich in Indian flavors and if you are a paneer fan and like spicy food you are going to love this fusion pizza. Red garlic chutney is going to lift this recipe to another level! This is an easy pizza recipe where paneer is coated in Indian spices and oil and pizza has a layer of red chili garlic chutney + pizza sauce. It is really easy to put this pizza together. You can bake this pizza from scratch or use readymade pizza base and make your life easy ! You can even use naan if you have any in hand! I have made a difference version of paneer pizza - Paneer Naanza. You can check out that recipe as well! Naanza has a makhni gravy along with marinated paneer tikka that goes over it. Do try it out! Top with marinated paneer, veggies and cheese.
Bake at 425 F for 12-15 minutes or till base is crisp and cheese is melted.
