Chana salad is a protein rich Indian style salad with basic spices, and tons of vegetables which gives the needed vitamins and minerals. The best part of this salad is that you do not need any dressing! Avocado gives a nice creamy texture which replaces the need to add salad dressing and Indian spices gives the needed flavor. Raw mangoes makes the salad tangy while cucumber and lemon gives a fresh flavor to the salad. There is no cooking required, simply chop vegetables of your choice and add it to choice of your beans and dinner is ready!
Chop all vegetables, add the spices and boiled chana. Mix everything and dig in!
