Healthy plus delicious dinner recipe is here! This is so flavorful and easy to make. Highly nutritious broccoli with spicy chili sauce makes this recipe a favorite weeknight meal in our house! Top with some chopped almonds or peanuts to add crunch to the stir fry.
Steam broccoli florets in microwave or a steamer pot for 3-4 minutes.
Roast chopped almonds in a pan for a montane keep aside.
Add oil in a wok, once oil heats up add garlic and sauté for 15 seconds.
Then add onions, bell pepper, carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
When everything is sautéd well add soy sauce and red chili sauce. Mix well.
Lastly add steamed broccoli and cook for a minute.
Top with some roasted almonds and serve with brown rice or enjoy it by itself.
