Vegetarian Taquitos

Do you like Mexican food? Do you like trying something new? If you answered yes, this recipe is for you. These Vegetarian Bean Taquitos are crispy, crunchy and incredibly delicious. Taquitos can either be baked or fried for a super fast appetizer or dinner. For the filling I have used beans seasoned with red chili powder, cumin powder, mexican seasoning and garlic. Fill the tortillas, roll them and bake or fry them until golden brown and crispy. Eat then right away or serve with some pico de gallo and avocado crema. Everyone is going to love these delicious taquitos - I guarantee it!! Make them and serve as I did and tag me @foodstoriesbytwisha or #foodstoriesbytwisha
