Who needs to buy fancy cakes when you can make one of your own!? I made this cake for my sister’s birthday and she simply loved it! Chocolate ganache drooled over the cake as she pulled up the acetate sheet! Don’t forget to leave a comment and try making it yourself! It is delicious and definitely easy to make than it looks!! You don’t have to be a baker to make this recipe. I used my one bowl chocolate cake recipe. Layered in between is some soft creamy whipped cream which is later topped with chocolate ganache! Mix whipped cream, chocolate chips and coffee.
Microwave for a minute at 30 seconds interval till chocolate chips melt.
Keep aside and bring to room temperature.
Take a layer of cake.
Add whipped cream and spread it.
Repeat with other cake layers.
Cover the cake with acetate sheet.
Lastly add chocolate ganache.
Top with cookies, chopped chocolates or nuts.
