Buddha Bowl

Heard about this amazing healthy Buddha bowl before? Well Buddha bowl is an assortment of protein, veggies (cooked and raw) and grains which is topped off with a dressing.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Sauté sweet potatoes till cooked. Add salt and red chili powder.

2.

Sauté onions and bell peppers till cooked.

3.

Add beans, salt, red chili powder and garlic powder.

Avocado Dressing

1.

Blend avocado, lime, salt and jalapeño in a blender using some water.

Bowl Assembly

1.

Arrange all the ingredients in a big bowl.

2.

Drizzle the avocado sauce over and enjoy!
