Paneer can never go old. Use it in sabjis, in biryanis, appetizers or even sandwiches they just taste amazing! This Indian sandwich is made with paneer, mayonnaise, cheese and vegetables. It makes a great protein packed snack or an evening meal aswell. Cilantro chutney with Mayo, cheese and paneer makes a great combination. Mix all the ingredients for paneer stuffing and keep aside.
Take 2 bread slices and apply butter on both.
Apply chutney on one of the bread slices.
Put a portion of paneer stuffing on one bread slice and sandwich it with other bread slice.
Heat some butter on a tava or griddle and cook the sandwiches on both sides till brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve immediately with ketchup and chutney.
