Can’t decide between Noodles or Soup? Well this one pot recipe is you need to enjoy both at the same time. Manchow soupy noodles makes a super simple, aromatic soup packed with spicy Chinese flavors and noodles. My personal favorite is to top this soup with crunchy noodles. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger garlic green chili paste and green onions for 30 seconds.
Add 5 cups boiling water.
Next add in the sauces and bring everything to a roaring boil.
Add in finely chopped vegetables.
Then add boiled noodles, simmer for a minute.
Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water and add it to the boiling soup. Cook for a minute or two until soup becomes a little thick.
Serve hot with fried noodles, cilantro and green onions.
1. Adding fried noodles is optional.
2. Cook the noodles to 70% while boiling, as it will get cooked when we add it to the soup.
